Just a quick note to let you know how much I enjoyed your recent Wine Appreciation Course. I found the course extremely interesting and informative and also great fun! Your presentations were carried out in a very organised and professional manner and the accompanying notes are packed with information which can be referred to in the future. Christine and I wanted to tell you how delighted we were with the enormous help you gave us planning the wines for our daughter Lucy's wedding.

Your suggestions for complementing the wine and food together were absolutely spot on and was commented upon by many of the guests.
